Funke Akindele Bello widely known for her Jenifa character in Jenifa's diary and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello (aka JJC Skillz) have joined forces to launch their own record label, SOP Records (which stands for Scene One Production Records). This would definitely solidify their union.

The couple have unveiled their lineup of artistes which include Gem Stones -a duo consisting of Olanma Pearl Awa-Agwu, the first runner up of MTN Project Fame (season 8), and her twin sister Uzoma Ruby Awa-Agwu; Mo Eazy, Sonorous, and Martin Feelz. I really admire the fact that Funke and JJC have shown faith in these young, upcoming stars by bringing them to the spotlight, it is certainly not an easy task and for this I respect the power couple.
