Beautiful and talented Simply Simi emerges as the Songwriter of The Year at the 2017 All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) last night.
The gorgeous Nigerian singer and producer, won the award for her single ‘Smile’ at the ceremony which held at the Eko Convention Center, Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos.The singer who signed to X3M Music have had a great year, most especially after the release of her debut album, “Simisola” which produced top singles ‘Joromi’ .
Her song ‘Smile’, produced by Oscar Heman-Ackah, was released in January 2017.
On it, the singer is asking her partner to take a chance on her as regards their love voyage because he’s the one her heart belongs to.

Simi later thrilled the crowd with her hit song ‘Joromi’, as she celebrated her win.
