The Big brother naija show is starting to get more intense than ever.
Monday's nomination challenge saw Cruisetopia losing to the Icons thereby putting the whole team Cruisetopia up for eviction.
Team Cruisetopia is made up Diane, Gedoni, Jackye, Mercy, Mike, Seyi, Venita and Esther.
Fortunately for Esther, she got saved from being put up for possible eviction by virtue of being the HoH.
Elozonam who is the Veto Power holder, was asked to save one of the housemates put up for eviction by replacing him or her with another not put up for eviction.
Viewers were shocked when Elozonam opted to save Venita instead of Diane, and replace her with Frodd from the Icons.
Recall Elozonam and Diane seem to have gotten quite close in the past few days, it was only normal for him to save Diane.
On the other hand, some fans speculated that the reason he didn't save Diane was due to the fact that she did same thing to him last week when she opted to save Sir Dee instead of Elozonam.
Venita was surprised when Elozonam told Biggie that he would like to save her. She couldn't conceal her shock.
Diane on the other hand looked quite surprised but tried to play it cool.
