This incident occurred yesterday, the 21st August, in Akure, Ondo state, the western region of Nigeria.
According to a Twitter user with the handle @YemieFASH, who shared the shocking story online, the little girl was rushed to the hospital by an unidentified woman, and upon arrival, and was later certified d£ad.
The woman who took the girl’s corpse to the state hospital in Akure fled with the c0rpse after the girl was certified dead.
Efforts are currently being made to identify and arrest the woman who brought the child to the hospital
