A 27 year old 100 level student of Federal University Kashere (Fukashere) in Gombe State, identified as Alex Ogbonna, allegedly lost his life after visiting the general hospital in Kashere to treat his tooth.
According to a friend of the alleged late student, the incident occurred on the 29th of January 2020.

The deceased arrived the General hospital for a tooth refill, on reaching there, the dentist was absent and the dental therapist attended to him.
The dental therapist suggested the tooth be removed because Anti cavity had eaten deep into the tooth.
In the video shared by a Twitter user, Richard Omo Ibo, which is now making rounds on the internet, the deceased was captured being administered an injection on his decayed tooth which made him develop seizure leading to his death.

His friends apparently were taking a video of him being treated not knowing they were capturing his last moment on earth.
According to the twitter user, the doctor fled after the incident and is still yet to be found.
