Reality TV star, Natasha Akide popularly known as Tacha has taken to her official Instagram page to react to Federal Government's plan to lock down Nigeria completely.
Recall that to prevent the exportation of coronavirus disease to states that do not have it and minimise spread, the Federal Government of Nigeria announced through the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, that it will soon lock down the entire country by stopping inter-state/inter-town travels and closing all motor parks and inter-state rail stations.
In a video post, Tacha rebuked the idea of a lock down, stating that alot of Nigerians are daily hustlers, relying on daily income to survive.
According to her, the Federal government can't issue a lock down without providing means for people to feed and survive.
She further added that hunger is deadlier than corona virus and it would be difficult for traders to survive especially mothers who trade daily to feed their families
The young ceo who was driven to tears also lamented bitterly about the way the Nigerian government is handling the Corona virus.
