Nigerians are beginning to get more agitated over the fact that despite the lockdown, new cases of infection is still on the rise.
As at 11:50pm on 28th April, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported 195 new cases of the infectious disease, Covid-19 in Nigeria, pushing the total to 1532.
Breaking down the 195 new cases to the states they originated from, NCDC tweeted;

NCDC further disclosed that while a total of 255 people have been discharged, 44 people have been confirmed dead.

NCDC also revealed that one case previously reported in Gombe State is now recorded as a Borno State case, therefore making the total number of cases in Borno 53 and 46 in Gombe.
