The Second wave of #EndSARS  protests have started in Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja today, 7th December, 2020.

Recall the first wave of the #EndSARS protests started in October and lasted for 13 days.

Youths across the country took to the streets to condemn alleged human rights abuses by members of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) unfortunately the protest was brought to an abrupt end after the massacre of protesters at the Lekki toll gate on the 20th of October, 2020.

Which was followed by hoodlum's exploitation of the protests, as they unleashed violence on citizens, destroying properties.

Young people across Nigeria who are not willing to back down on the fight against police brutality and bad governance have taken to the roads once again with their placards to resume the fight against police brutality.

As at 11:00 am on Monday, the hashtag topped Twitter trends on with nearly 120,000 tweets.
