Music star, Ayo Balogun, widely known as Wizkid has emerged winner of the Artiste of the Year in the 14th edition of the 2021 Headies award.
The Nigerian superstar Wizkid beat compatriots Burna Boy, Davido, Tiwa Savage and Mayorkun to grab the Headies Award for artiste of the year yesterday, 21st February.
The show was held at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos and hosted by Bovi and Nancy Isime.
The Artist of the Year category comprises;
Burna Boy
Davido
Wizkid – WINNER
Mayorkun
Tiwa Savage

Recall Wizkid release his album “Made in Lagos” last year.
In less than four month after the release of the Made in Lagos album, Wizkid has now taken home the artiste of the year award.
