It is official!
Multi-award winning singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has made his international debut appearance into the movie industry, with a cameo appearance in the sequel to the Hollywood comedy classic, Coming to America.
Recall last year it was announced that the father of 3 had been listed as part of the official cast for Coming To America 2.
Davido had confirmed the news with a Tweet saying, "Can't wait!".
Well, it was unclear at that time what role he would be playing and it kept everyone on their toes as they slowly anticipated the release of the movie.
Well the long wait is finally over as the movie hit Nigerian cinemas today, 5th March.
The superstar got a performance scene. He was spotted in one of the movie scenes, playing one of his hit songs, Assurance.

The comedy classic also features performances from notable American music artistes such as Rick Ross and Teyana Taylor who would be playing new characters.
Directed by John Landis, Coming To America was released in 1988, based on a story created by the lead actor, Eddie Murphy who also played several characters in the film.
