It is amazing how one's life can change in the blink of an eye.
Indeed what God cannot do does not exist.
That is the story of Mary Daniels, a pure water hawker with one leg.
Mary Daniels lost her leg in an accident in 2006 where she was the sole survivor.
Prior to her accident ,her ambition was to become a lawyer but fate played a trick on her.
She had to hawk pure water by the road side in order to survive.
Grace found her in March, 2021 and she was discovered by Idris Connecting Lagos whose aim is to empower Lagos youths.
A photo of the hawker standing on one leg with her crutches supporting her on the other side, touched hearts.
In days, 14 million Naira was raised for the hardworking woman who wouldn't let her condition hold her back.
With the help of Tunde Ednut and Lagos State Government, she was provided shelter, fed and given protection.
The Lagos State Government said it has taken over the welfare of the hawker who is also a single mother.
Today, 23rd April, being her 27th birthday, Mary was given a total makeover and you won't believe the result.
