Emotional moment as Banky and Adesua Etomi-Wellington share a stormy story behind their first child, Zaiah (Video, Photos)

Today, 5th April, Banky and Adesua Etomi-Wellington took to their YouTube channel to share with us their journey to having baby Zaiah.

Recall that the happy popular Nollywood couple who has been married since 2017 just welcomed their first child last March.

Seems the journey to having the child was quite tough and so the couple has taken their time to share some of those tough moments as a sermon titled "Final say Faith" at the WaterBrook Church, Lekki, Nigeria, on Easter Sunday 2021.

"This is the story behind the song. Hope it inspires and encourages you. We pray that it builds up your hope, confidence, trust and faith in God. Hope it reminds you that delay and disappointment is not denial; and that while your faith in God will not prevent you from hurting, it will help you heal, get back up and keep on going, trying and believing until your breakthrough comes."

The couple talked about their struggling moments and how their three different attempts to have an IVF failed, causing them to lose a set of twins.

They also talked about how they were trolled and called all sought of names by "Frustrated social media users who needed to pour out their frustrations."

How they joined Pastor Nathaniel Bassey's hallelujah challenge and were able to conceive barely 2 weeks into the challenge was also mentioned.

According to the couple, the experience was a rollercoaster of emotional blackmailing, monthly grievances, etc. They fought and were able to overcome it together.
