Her fans in UK surprised her with a bouquet of pound sterling notes which came along with an emotional note.
The excited reality star took to her Instagram page to express her joy and to appreciate all her fans out there.
In the note they penned down to her, her UK fans known also as UK Ninjas, expressed their joy and love for her and revealed that her strength and resilience are an inspiration to them.
Their note read;
