The wildcards have finally been revealed to the housemates.
During the live eviction show on Sunday, 1st August, each housemate was called into the diary room to pick who they believed to be the wildcards.
After several nominations, two housemates with the highest votes were, Liquorose and Jaypaul.
Liquorose and Jaypaul were asked to stand up as Biggie reminded the housemates that if their nominations were correct, the two wildcards would be evicted immediately but if they got it wrong, the two wildcards would stay back to compete for the 90 million naira prize money.

He noted that the two wildcards would be exempted from Monday's nomination for possible eviction.
Taking over from Biggie, show host, Ebuka again repeated the consequences of choosing the right wildcards.
After putting them in suspense, Ebuka asked the two actual wildcards to stand up and Maria, Pere stood.
The other housemates were dumbfounded and couldn't hide their surprise.
Nini, Cross and some others were open mouthed and remained that way for some seconds.
Others exclaimed and afterwards congratulated Maria and Pere for playing their roles so well.

This means that Maria and Pere get to remain in the house and as from today, Sunday 1st August, have become real housemates competing for the prize money.
