BBNaija Shine ya eye housemate is currently nursing his heart after fellow housemate, Maria bluntly rejected his feelings.
Pere had approached Maria as she prepared to go to bed and openly confessed his feelings to her.
Without letting him voice out everything he had in his heart, Maria cut him short, telling him bluntly she didn't feel the same way.
In her words;
"Okay, Tom, I don't like you, can we please skip it."
Her reaction left Pere stunned. After a few seconds, he asked her why and she made him understand that she doesn't and wouldn't want to fake it.

This is coming after the truth or dare game where Pere kissed Beatrice and that seemed to have upset Maria.
We can't really say if Maria meant it or if her answer was inspired by jealousy because in an earlier conversation she had with Cross, she had noted that she neither hates nor like Pere but he is someone she is likely to consider dating. See HERE
