Meet Ex U.S Army Officer, Divorcee, American Actor, BBNaija Pere Egbi, And His Life Before The Show (Biography)



The handsome dark skinned 36 year old, Pere, is among the Big Brother Naija season 6 'Shine Ya Eye' housemates.



He was the 4th male housemate to be unveiled on Saturday, 24th July and being the villain he likes representing, he has managed to keep other housemates on their toes.

Now let's talk about his life before the commencement of the show:

Pere Egbi is a 36 year old 6'2 feet tall talented Lagos and US based actor.




BBNaija Pere is a native of Warri in Delta State, the south south part of Nigeria.

Born on the 27th of June 1985, Pere was raised in Warri, Delta, by a single mother. He is the first son of two children in his family.


Education:




BBNaija Pere had his primary school in Warri, Delta state, his hometown.

He attended Command Secondary School in Lagos. 

Pere went to the University of Lagos where he graduated with a degree in Nursing.

He is also a graduate of nursing from University of Texas (UT).

He attended acting classes with the Pencil and Film Technical Institute in Africa.


Career:

BBNaija Pere has always had eyes for the limelight, with his good looks and cool composure, it was only a matter of time before he became famous. 




Despite studying nursing, BBNaija Pere started his career as a news caster in Lagos state. 

He eventually ventured into script writing and acting where he featured in Wale Adenuga Production TV series ‘Super Story’, starring in 'Everything it takes', 'Behind the smile' and few others.

Leaving Nigeria to the United States in search of greener pastures, Pere did several jobs just to make ends meet.

BBNaija Pere eventually joined the United States military in 2011, served for 6 years and left the US Army in 2017.


After his service in the military, Pere trained and worked as a Nurse in the United States.

Still focused on his dream of becoming a star, Pere returned to Nigeria to pursue his passion for acting and modeling. 

While pursuing his acting dream, Pere ventured into real estate.

Afterwards, he started shuttling the United States and Nigeria for his career as a real estate and as an actor.

Before joining Nollywood, Pere has featured in several Hollywood movies like; Gem of the rainforest, Pound of flesh, Page 36, Nikki: A Hip Hop Love Story, Dead President Society and more. 



BBNaija Pere has featured in the following Nollywood movies; Undercover, Lonely Heart, All that glitters, Fine Things, Chimera, Butterflies amongst others. 


Relationship:

BBNaija Pere is a divorcee. 




He was married to a white woman, Pamela Heoma in 2010 but they got divorced a year later.

 


Although he has not revealed yet if he is into any relationship at the moment but loved up photos of himself and an unidentified lady has been circulating the internet.


Personality:

BBNaija Pere describes himself as a 'cool, spontaneous and adventurous person'.

He would never fight for food and girls in the BBNaija house as he is the type of guy that hates fighting.

The 36 year old actor who is very empathetic, is motivated by his past and hopes to use his experiences with pain to help heal others.

He strongly believes that change is the only constant thing in life.

Speaking about likes and dislikes, Pere BBNaija likes cracking jokes a lot and loves seeing people laugh and be happy.


His hobbies include dancing, playing games, writing, bar-hopping and water rafting.

Pere promises to keep the Big Brother Naija House stable by dissolving difficult situations, such as fights between housemates.
