Popular Instagram adancer, Usiwo Orezimena Jane better known as Jane mena, has sued Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, for N500m for defamation of character and alleged cyberstalking.
Recall during her messy fight with ex lover, Prince Kpokpogri, Tonto Dikeh claimed that Mr Kpokpogri has Janemena’s s€x tapes and nude photos with the intention to use them to blackmail her.
The 28-year-old dancer who is married to her long-time lover, Andre Plies has now filed a petition before the Police against the actress, demanding an apology in four national dailies in Nigeria for defamation of character.
The petition written on her behalf by her solicitors, Rockson Igelige, of Felix, Igelige & Associates, described Tonto Dikeh’s claims as malicious.
Jane Mena also demanded a retraction of publication by Tonto Dikeh on all her social media pages.
Jane Mena further requested that the actress tenders an unreserved apology to her and pay the sum of N500 million as exemplary damages for the malicious publications.
Jane Mena’s lawyer also warned Tonto Dikeh that legal action will be taken against her if she failed to meet their demands within one month of receiving the petition.
