Nigerians were surprised when Ned Nwoko and Laila Charani announced their divorce few weeks ago, after several years of marriage.
Rumors sprung up that Ned's 6th wife, Regina Daniels was the reason behind the divorce.
It was speculated that Ned's Moroccan wife, Laila, ended her marriage with him for not giving her and their kids enough attention while spending every single moment with his last wife, Regina and their son, Munir.
The Billionaire businessman, Ned Nwoko, has now come out to speak on the real reason behind his divorce from his Moroccan wife, Laila Charani.
According to him via a statement he shared on Instagram, Laila abandoned their kids during vacation in London and lived a wayward lifestyle.
She clubbed almost every night while neglecting the kids and eventually caught coronavirus and had to be isolated.
He also claimed that Laila spent the money meant for the kids on herself and carried out a plastic surgery without informing him.
He added that she beat up their kids when they reported her neglect towards them to him.
He further mentioned that Laila was also in contact with a strange man and their relationship started since January 2021.
