The reality TV star cum relationship counselor proposed to his US based girlfriend, Chioma, over the weekend and she said 'Yes'.
In the video circulating the internet, Tochi was spotted on both knees at an event asking his hearthrob to marry him.
He stretched out the engagement ring with one hand while holding her left hand with his other hand.
Friends who were around cheered them on while encouraging her to say yes.
The lady who seemed shy, smiled and agreed.
Tochi who was excited that he got a yes, placed the ring on her finger, stood up and hugged her passionately amidst cheers from everyone present.
