Davido's first babymama, Sophia Momodu has dragged BBNaija Star, Maria Chike over a recent bleaching cream advert she featured and setting a bad example for kids.
Recall few days ago, Maria shared a promotional video for her brand, Hush'd in which she projected clear skin as being light skinned while encouraging bleaching.
In the video, Maria turned heads, leaving everyone gushing over her clear skin and beautiful complexion as she walked past them.
Sophia didn't fail to point out the fact that every other person in the video including kids had dark skins, excluding Maria, which made it seem like having a light skin was the best way to go.
This according to the dark skinned beauty, Sophia, she found disgusting and misleading.
Taking to her Insta story to rant, Sophia condemned the advert stating that it was setting a bad example for the upcoming generation.
She added that everyone should be comfortable in their own skin, noting that having clean & healthy skin was better than having lighter skin?
A part of her rants says;
“People who bleach their skin are the most confused people to me tbh.. if bleaching was so great why are you so ashamed of your knuckles & knees?
