Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has been spotted lying inside a coffin on what looked like a movie set amidst FG's ban on money ritual movies.
The movie star quickly defended himself as it seems lying in a coffin has now turned out to be a prohibted content due to the ban by the Federal Government.
Recall President Muhammadu Buhari regime officially banned ritual scenes in Nollywood movies on the grounds that they are responsible for the spate in ritual killings across the country.
The announcement was made by the minister of information, Lai Mohammed on 21st February, 2022.
Sharing the video of him lying inside a coffin, Yul Edochie hilariously noted that he is shooting a “romance movie” and it is his own way of proposing to his girlfriend.
He wrote;
“This one no be ritual film oo, na romance film before you go report me give Lai Mohammed. I have to lie inside a coffin to propose to my girlfriend.”
