For the first time ever, Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem ex housemate, Diane Russet, has been nominated for the eighth Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).
Other nominees include; Funke Akindele who bagged nine nominations, including Best Actress, Best Movie for ‘Omo Ghetto’.
Also, Osas Ighodaro, Bisola Aiyeola were not left out as they also got their first nominations.
Nancy Isime was also on the list for her role in Kambili: The Whole 30 Yards.
The nominees for the 2022 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) were announced by Adesua Etomi-Wellington and Daniel Etim Effiong via a live stream on Saturday night.

Reacting to the nomination, Diane wrote om her Twitter page;

Funke Akindele wrote on her Instagram page;

Taking to her Instagram page, Bisola Aiyeola reacted saying;

“This is my first time being nominated for The AMVCA’s and I got 3 nominations, This is a big deal for me and I super happy and excited.

Voting lines in the different AMVCA categories for Actors and movies have been declared open on Africa Magic till the main event on May 14th, 2022.
