The entire Elegushi royal family and the whole of Ikateland have been thrown into mourning over the demise of the young prince.
Lagos monarch and current Oba of Ikate land, Saheed Elegushi and his second wife, Queen Hadiza, have reportedly lost their only son and heir apparent to the throne.
The young prince is said to have been just one year and seven months old before his unfortunate death.
However, very few detail has been shared about the circumstances surrounding the death of the young Prince.
Nigerians have taken to social media to sympathize with the monarch and his family.
The young prince was born on August 21, 2020, at a hospital in London.
