After Saga responded to why he continued to pursue Nini knowing she already had a man waiting for her outside the show, Ebuka threw a similar question to Nini.
The host asked Nini why she continued to lead Saga on and encourage him knowing fully well she was already in a relationship.

Responding to Ebuka during the 8th episode of the Big Brother Naija shine ya eye reunion show, Nini tried defending herself saying that Saga was the only one who understood her, and being in an enclosed place for months with few people, she didn't think it was wise to let go of such friendships especially because of the perception of others.
She further added that she didn't think it was necessary reminding Saga of her relationship because he never passed his boundaries.

She noted to Ebuka that although she jokes with Saga that her boyfriend would angrily break her TV because of what he was doing but she only said it for fun not because it was true.
Nini then added again that Saga never asked her out, that they were simply good friends and enjoyed their friendship really well.
