Veteran Nollywood actress, Adah Ameh has been reported dead.
Several online reports indicated the 48 year old Benue State-born actress died around 11:PM on Sunday, at a hospital in Warri, Delta State.
A few weeks ago, the movie star who lost her daughter opened up about her mental health challenges.
“Everything is going to be fine. I have an issue right now, and it’s taking my life. I will not die. We will get over it,” Ameh had said.
The actress also disclosed how she was given a job but could not carry it out because of the struggles with mental issues, resulting to a lawsuit from the company with a staggering amount she couldn't afford.
Prior to her death, the actress was known for her role as Emu in Africa Magic family drama, The Johnsons.
According to The Punch, Tlthe President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, confirmed the news to via telephone on Monday morning.
