Popular Nigerian veteran rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, has been diagnosed with kidney failure.
The sad news was first shared by his colleague, rapper MI Abaga via his verified Twitter handle where he disclosed that Eedris is set for emergency surgery and has a donor in the family.

The news was also confirmed by Eedris' management via the singer's official Instagram page.
His management disclosed that he has been undergoing dialysis and will be having a transplant at the end of July.
They also pleaded with Nigerians for their prayers and support.
