The self made successful entrepreneur has revealed that she is currently in Dubai for a Liposuction to remove fat from her arms.

She made this known via a video sha she shared on her official Instagram page.
In the video, Tacha created a hilarious scene everytime the nurses came around to give her injections.

She also thanked the hospital where she has the procedure done, for doing a great job, while giving it a five-star recommendation.
