This is coming two weeks after the birth of their first child, a bouncing baby girl whom they've now named Elena.
Dressed in all revealing black for the maternity shoot, the latest mother showed off her huge baby bump as her man held on to her.
Sharing the adorable photos, she tagged it saying;
