Nigerian Gospel singer and songwriter, Chidinma Ekile, has opened up about being born blind and how she regained her sight.
In a video shared on her YouTube channel, Chidinma disclosed the challenges and difficulties her parents faced when she was born without the ability to see.
According to Chidinma, her parents did everything possible to make sure that she could see, but all their efforts were futile.
She added that after all their efforts kept proving futile, they turned to God, and her mother started a rigorous prayer and fasting routine.
After much fasting and arduous prayers, a miracle occurred and her vision was restored.
Chidinma revealed that during her mother's prayers, she made a vow to God to return to him if he could restore her sight.
She said,"I was born blind , my parents tried all their best to make sure I could see. Eventually, a miracle happened that restored my sight ".
