Contrary to what viewers thought went down between Mercy and Ike regarding his 1300 coins, Mercy has finallcine out to clear the air.
Viewers speculated that Mercy tricked Ike into give her all his coins by telling him she wanted to use it to book a spa and movie session for the both of them, only for her to end up buying immunity for herself behind his back.
From the video below, it could be deduced that the above speculation is untrue.
Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem housemate, Mercy, speaking to Biggie during her diary session, revealed that buying of immunity was never a strategy.
According to her, she never had it planned. What actually prompted her to reason towards the direction of purchasing immunity was when it finally dawned on her that there was a probability she could be evicted during the next live eviction show which fell on her birthday.
She also went on to reveal that she spoke to Ike about it and he permitted her to use the whole of his 1300 coins that was initially for their movie and soap session, saying that, she should see it as his birthday gift since he couldn't do much for her as they were both still stuck in the BBNaija house.

While narrating everything that happened, to Biggie, she burst into tears. She vowed that she won't celebrate on her birthday, till she is sure Ike is safe.
