Total confirmed Coronavirus cases in Nigeria has finally hit 5000.
As at 14th May, 2020, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported 146 new cases of the infectious disease, Coronavirus in Nigeria, pushing the total to 5162.
Breaking down the 193 new cases to the states they originated from, NCDC tweeted;

NCDC further disclosed that while a total of 1180 people have been discharged, 167 people have been confirmed dead.

NCDC also revealed that two cases reported yesterday from Kaduna, were repeat tests.
Therefore as at 14th May, Kaduna has a total of 114 confirmed cases.
