Following the order by Delta State Government to punish anyone who violates the ban on conferences, sporting activities, gathering of people at event centers, and other public engagements, a group of people have been caught violating the rule.
The defaulters of this social distancing order were caught by Delta state authorities and were publicly made to face the music.
In the video below, the defaulters were ordered to lay face down on the ground with security operatives supervising them.
Recall, while speaking about the lockdown situation in the state, the governor reminded residents that security agencies have been advised to ensure strict compliance with the above directives, and warned that violators will be prosecuted, without fear or favor.
