Following the refusal of the Federal government to meet the demands of the #EndSARS protesters, Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has called for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari.
In his recent tweet, the movie star recalled Buhari's previous statement to former Nigerian President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, asking him to step down from the presidential seat due to poor performance.
Following in Buhari's footsteps, Yul has now asked Buhari to step down from the presidential seat, pointing out that his governance is worse than that of Goodluck Jonathan.
His tweet read;
"President Buhari was very vocal during the previous Govt.
He called for Goodluck's resignation on the basis of poor performance.
Today Buhari's performance is worse than that of Jonathan.
We put our hopes in him & he failed us.
I call for Buhari's resignation.
#ENDBADGOVERNANCE"
