Reality TV star, Tega Dominic, has come clean on the real reason she had an affair with a co housemate, Boma, despite the fact that she told everyone she was married with a child.
During the 11th episode of the Big Brother Naija shine ya eye reunion show, Tega revealed that telling people she was married was her own strategy.

According to her, she and her husband got separated in 2020 and she even went into the house with the status 'separated', it was clearly stated on her form.
Tega revealed that prior to her arrival into the house, her marriage was no longer working and she and her husband had already accepted it.

She revealed that for the sake of their son they still pretended at that time like they were still together, however, she made him understand that once she gets into the show, anything could happen with other Male housemates.
She went on to reveal that she was planning on telling the housemates later on that she and her husband were no longer together so they don't continue to see her in a bad light, however, she got evicted a bit earlier than expected.
She further revealed that she wasn't expecting to see that much hate from people outside the show because she had expected that her husband would have come clean with the real situation between them while she was in Biggie's house, just like they planned but he didn't.
She went on to add that she and Boma were just catching cruise as feelings weren't involved.
