In a recent interview with Tacha on Clout Africa, a shipper questioned Groovy about his current relationship status with Phyna.
However, Tacha overlooked the shipper's question and she asked Groovy if he will like to answer the question in which he replied her saying yes.

Mimi's Blog recalls that in a recent interview with Prime Morning on Ghana Television, Phyna revealed that she had genuine feelings for Groovy while they were in the house until she discovered that his feelings for her were not genuine and he had other girls he liked in the house.
At the interview, the Edo state born hype priestess also made it known that while they were in the house , she overheard a particular housemate advicing Groovy to stick with her because she was a strong participant in the show.
However, Phyna did not disclose the name of the housemate at the interview.
