Nigerian afro singer, Niniola Apata is mourning the loss of her husband, Michael Ndika (X.O), following the announcement of his passing after 13 years of shared love.
The singer reportedly shared the heartbreaking news on her official Instagram page, where she expressed deep grief over the devastating loss.
She also posted a series of emotional photos and videos on her Instagram stories, including throwback moments of them together, as she paid tribute and mourned his passing.
In her first post, she wrote, “God took him,” followed by another deeply emotional message, “My husband died.”
In a subsequent video post, she further revealed that they had been together for 13 years, marking the length of their journey before his passing.

Fans and well-wishers who were initially surprised that she was married, have since taken to social media to console her and send prayers during this difficult time.
