The Nollywood make-up artiste who died in the unfortunate boat accident that took the life of popular actor, Junior Pope, has been buried.
Recall the makeup artist, now identified as Abigail Fredrick was among the missing three bodies that were eventually found on Thursday night, 11th April.
Abigail has now been laid to rest at the riverbank in Anam, Anambra state.
According to reports, her body was not released because her father could not provide the funds required to perform the necessary rituals needed for the it to be transported back to her home state, Akwa Ibom.
Hence, she ended up being buried beside the river as their tradition demands.
Movie director, Moses Eskor noted that they tried to raise some money, however, it was not enough.
Abigail who drowned with Junior Pope on 10th April 2024 was buried at the riverbank in a small ceremony on Thursday night, 11th April 2024.
May her soul rest in peace.
