Former Big Brother Naija shine ya eye housemate, Samuel Jacob, popularly known as Sammie, has been conferred with an honorary title in his hometown, Igala, in Kogi state.
He was bestowed with the title of “Ambassador of the Igala people” by the Attah of Igala in Kogi state and will now be addressed as an Honorable.
A video spotted on social media showed the moment the reality star was conferred with the titles.
Donned in the signature stripped-outfit of Kogi people, Sammie knelt before the traditional leader recognised as the Attah of Igala in Kogi state as he prayed for him while tapping his bent back with a horsetail.
Sammie and the indigenes present people were heard saying Amen to the prayers of the traditional leader.

Overjoyed and proud over his new status, Sammie excitedly shared the news with his fans on Instagram.
Sharing lovely photos from the event, he wrote;
"You Are Looking At The AMBASSADOR OF IGALA LAND!"
